Processing, Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship?

  • Once you place your order, your order will ship within 2-3 business days. 
  • Due to our workload, the processing time may be a bit shorter or longer, but most ship within 2-3 business days. 
  • If you choose to see a proof (selected YES for a proof), your proof will be emailed within 1 business day, and once you approve, we will print and ship within 2-3 business days. 

How long will it take to receive my order after it ships?

USA orders - Ships via USPS

  • If you choose FIRST CLASS MAIL during checkout, you will receive your order within 4-7 business days (does not include any postal delays due to unforeseen circumstances that we cannot control).
  • If you choose PRIORITY MAIL shipping during checkout, you will receive your order within 2-3 business days (does not include any postal delays due to unforeseen circumstances that we cannot control).
  • We do not offer quicker shipping methods.

Orders outside of USA - Ships via USPS

  • Most orders will be received within 2-4 weeks (this will depend on where you live and your customs process.
  • All buyers are responsible for their customs fees and those are NOT included in the cost of the product. These are based on your customs laws for your country. All buyers are responsible for their custom fees and knowing what their customs laws are. If the package is returned to us due to custom fees not being paid, you may be subject to a restocking fee up to 40% due to the product not being resellable. 

What is your return policy?

  • My #1 priority is happy customers, so if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me and we will work together on a solution that is satisfactory for both of us.
  • If we made an error on your order, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us at info@modernpinkpaper.com and we will reprint and ship immediately.
  • If the error was typed/input on your end, you will have to make another purchase. Modern Pink Paper cannot be held responsible for errors on the customers end. You are responsible to ensure all information typed into the personalization and color selection fields are accurate.
