1. How can I choose my ink colors?
When you are viewing the product you want, you can select the drop down menu for ink colors and just select the color you want.

2. I like this design but I want it be printed a different orientation (horizontal/vertical), is this possible?
Yes, please let me know in the “additional notes” section which orientation you prefer.

3. I like a certain design, but I want to change the font, is this possible?
Yes, however this will require a proof to be sent to you after purchase is completed. You can select the font choice you want by visiting our CUSTOM section and typing in the name of the font you want in the “additional notes” section.

4. Can I choose an ink color that isn’t one of your options?
Yes, you can visit the CUSTOM section to choose another color and type that color name in the “additional notes” section OR tell me the color you would like. If you name your own color I would need to send a proof to the email address you provided, after purchase is completed.
5. Can I choose an envelope color that isn’t one of your options?
No, unfortunately these are the only color options for envelopes I have available at this time.
6. I like one of your designs, but want to personalize with 2 names instead of 1 name, is this possible?
Sure! Just type the 2 names in the personalization section.
7. I like one of your designs but I want to personalize with only 1 name, not 2 names, is this possible?
Sure! Just type 1 name in the personalization section.
8. What if I am unsure of the colors I have chosen and whether they would look good together?
No problem! Just request to see a proof and if you do not like the color combo you have chosen after you see the digital proof, I will work with you on a color combo until you are 100% satisfied.
9. Will the ink colors print as they appear on screen?
Yes, most likely. There might be a slight difference due to your screens monitor.

3. What printing process do you use?
I use a high quality flat printing process that uses archival inks. The flat printing process provides a smooth finish so your design is not raised or engraved/embossed.

4. Do you offer discounts for bulk/large orders?
Yes, you can select the quantity you want for your item and the respective pricing for larger quantities will show automatically.
5. How do you package your products?

Purchasing 10 cards?
Your order will get packaged in a clear resealable sleeve for safe keeping and easy gift giving.

Purchasing 20 or more cards?
Your order will get packaged in a clear stationery box for safe keeping and easy gift giving.

Folded Note cards:

Your order will get packaged in a clear stationery box for safe keeping and easy gift giving.

Art Prints:

Your art print will be packaged in a clear resealable sleeve with a thick board to ensure it will not bend or get damaged during shipping.

All products will be mailed in a bubble mailer or box depending on the size of the order.

6. Can I include a gift note?
Yes, please include a note in the “Gift Message” section.


1. I am shipping my order to someone as a gift; does my order include a receipt?

No, your order will not include a receipt.

2. If I place an order today, when will you ship out my order?

If you select “yes” to “want to see a proof” then your order will ship within 2-3 business days after your approve your proof.

3. If I place an order today, when I receive my order?

Within 4-7 business days: 10 – 40 note cards, 8×10 art prints, spiral bound books, hard cover books, luggage tags.

Within 1-3 business days: 50 note cards or more, 11×14 art prints, more than 1 spiral bound or hard cover book.

You may choose to upgrade to priority mail and that will automatically have your order ship via priority mail and you will receive within 1-3 business days.

4. Can I upgrade to priority mail?
Yes, for USA customers only.

There is no need to upgrade if you are purchasing 50 note cards or more, 11×14 art prints, more than 1 spiral bound or hard cover book, it will automatically be shipped via priority mail.

5. I need my order in a hurry; can you print and ship it out sooner than your current turn around time?
Possibly, you would need to contact me first and let me know your “need by” date and I will respond as soon as possible to see if I can make that happen before you place your order.


My #1 priority is happy customers, so if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me here and we will work together on a solution that is satisfactory for both of us.

1. I received my order and there is an error, what do I do?

If the error occurred on our end, please let us know as soon as possible and we will reprint and ship immediately.

If the error was typed/input on your end, you will have to make another purchase. Modern Pink Paper cannot be held responsible for errors on the customers end.
